Zusammenfassung

Das Weißbuch der DGU (Deutsche Gesellschaft für Unfallchirurgie) zur Schwerverletztenversorgung enthält auch Vorstellungen zur Fort- und Weiterbildung im Rahmen der Traumanetzwerke (TNW). Am Beispiel des TNW München – Oberbayern Süd wird beschrieben, welche Inhalte und welches didaktische Konzept am ehesten geeignet sind, Fortbildung auf den regelmäßigen Treffen der Traumaleader des TNW zu gestalten. Fortbildung ist dann ein zentrales und zusammenführendes Element, wenn es gelingt, neue Literatur, Algorithmen und akute Fälle im Sinne des Qualitätsmanagements transparent, offen und auf Augenhöhe zu diskutieren und den Kompetenzgewinn in den eigenen Klinken zu vermitteln.

Abstract

According to the White Paper published by the German Trauma Society in 2006 one of the tasks in a regional Trauma Network (TNW) is the continuing education of its members. Taking the TNW Munich-Bavaria south as an example, this paper describes the contents and didactic concepts to ensure an exciting, stimulating and sustained advanced training during regular meetings of TNW trauma leaders. Thus interdisciplinary discussion of papers, algorithms and treatment of real polytraumatized and severely injured patients helps to improve knowledge, competence, quality and interaction in a regional TNW and its hospitals.
