IT-Multisourcing-Entscheidungen mit Methoden des Portfoliomanagements

Zusammenfassung

Immer mehr Unternehmen erweitern ihre IT-Sourcing-Strategien von Singlesourcing zu Multi-sourcing, um mithilfe einer optimierten Kombination von Anbietern ihre Unternehmensziele besser zu erreichen. Dieser Beitrag überträgt existierende Methoden aus dem Finanzmanagement auf die IT-Multisourcing-Problemstellung, um sich der Frage anzunähern, welche Sourcing-Anbieter zur Durchführung eines IT-Projekts herangezogen werden sollen. Somit ergänzt das Vorgehen das bestehende IT-Projektmanagement um einen quantitativen Aspekt, der zusätzlich zur qualitativen Analyse herangezogen werden kann.
