Zusammenfassungen

Die technische Unterstützung der Kommunikation und Zusammenarbeit in Teams und Projekten in und zwischen Unternehmen wird in einer zunehmend globalisierten, vernetzten Welt zur Grundvoraussetzung effektiven Arbeitens. eCollaboration-Systeme stellen vielfältige Funktionen bereit und haben sich von einfachen Systemen zum Austausch von Textnachrichten zu reichhaltigen, teils komplexen Infrastrukturen entwickelt. Der Beitrag bietet einen Überblick über die Systemklasse und diskutiert typische Anwendungsfelder und Implikationen für die Praxis.
