Abstract

Mutational experiments were performed to produce morphological mutants fromAspergillus wentii Wehmer (IMI 17295) by UV and X-ray irradiation. Among the morphological mutants, five representative types were recognized. Marked variation existed in amylase activity between the morphological mutants and the wild type.
