Conclusion

There is no chemical reaction between Ag and BaTiO3 in the Ag/BaTiO3 composite materials prepared by the ceramic process in this study. The composite with 10% Ag shows nonlinearV-I character. The tunneling effect of separated Ag particles and electrostrain effect of BaTiO3 grains can be used to interpret the electrical phenomena.
