Summary
A new description of field, the pseudo Hamilton description, is proposed. To a physical field, we may introduce the pseudoconjugate momentum tensor and the pseudo-Hamiltonian. The pseudo-Hamiltonian is a scalar equivalent to the Lagrangian in describing the field. The field equations of motion are the pseudo Hamilton equation. In comparison with the Euler-Lagrange equations, the pseudo Hamilton equations have the advantage of only containing the first-order derivatives of the field, but the number of the equations is increased.
