Solubility and IR studies of gamma-irradiated arabinoxylan

Abstract

The structural and solubility changes of a water-insoluble arabinoxylan with a low degree of branching was studied after γ-irradiation by IR spectroscopy and chemical analysis of the polysaccharide and its polymeric fractions.
