Abstract
According to the analysis of the formation of O− anion radicals stabilized on the surface of oxides, it has been shown that on ZnO, only O −s hole centers are formed, whereas in the presence of N2O molecules, besidese the above centers, MgO surface contains O −ads electron centers.
Abstract
Дан анализ возможных способов образования анион-радикалов O−, стабилизированных на поверхосоти окислов. Показано, что на ZnO наблюдаются тодько дырочные центры O −s , а на MgO в присутствии молекул N2O наряду с дырочными центрами O −s образуются злектронные центры O −адс .
