Zusammenfassung
Nach Verbreichung von Imipramin oder Desmethylimipramin bilden Hunde neben den bekannten Metaboliten Konjugate von Desmethylimipramin (und in kleineren Mengen von Desdimethylimipramin). Die Befunde sprechen für aliphatische N-Glukuronide und damit für einen bisher kaum beschriebenen Typus von Arzneimittelmetaboliten.
