Conformational analysis of sesquiterpene lactones of the germacrane type 1. 1(10)E,4E-Germacranolides

Abstract

The structure of 1(10)E,4E-germacranolides was studied by a molecular mechanics method. Possible conformers, the probabilities of their occurrence, and the barriers to conformational transitions were determined.
