Shubnikov-de haas effect in kinetic approximation

Abstract

The transverse and longitudinal magneto-conductivity of an electron-impurity system is calculated using a kinetic approximation based on the Mori formalism. The numerical results agree qualitatively with measurements on narrow gap semiconductors.
