Summary
The effect of gamma globulin fractions of antisera against 150 S, 14 S and 5 S virus-specific structures of poliovirus on the synthesis of viralRNA in anin vitro system was studied. The antiserum against 14 S structures containing only capsid polypeptides was found to be capable of inhibiting viral RNA synthesis in thein vitro system used.
