On a class of exact solutions of the equations of motion of a second grade fluid

Summary

By means of Fourier sine transform, the velocity field corresponding to a flow of a suddenly moved flat plate in a second grade fluid is determined. The adequate solution for the Rayleigh-Stokes problem for the edge is also presented.
