Conclusions
-
1.
Mono- and binuclear rhodium complexes have been obtained which contain spiro(bicyclo[2.2.1]hepta-2,5-diene-7,1′-cyclopropane) as ligand.
-
2.
A study has been carried out of the catalyzed (4+4) homodimerization and codimerization of spiro(bicyclo-[2.2.1]hepta-2,5-diene-7,1′-cyclopropane), leading to new octa- and nonacyclic hydrocarbons.
