Conclusions

  1. 1.

The results of calculations on a kinetic scheme in which allowance is made for bifunctional activity of a metal complex are consistent with the experimental data on the kinetics of oxidation of n-decane and isopropylbenzene in systems containing compounds of cobalt and nickel.

  2. 2.

Under variation in the rate of free-radical initiation, passage from catalytic to inhibiting action gives rise to a competition between linear and second-power chain rupture.
