Conclusions
If we take into account the charge and orbital control at the stage of formation of theπ-complexes and thermodynamic control at the stage of their transformation into theσ-complexes, it is possible to quantitatively describe the distribution of the isomers formed in the reactions of benzene derivatives with electrophilic agents.
