Summary

  1. 1.

    3-Methyluridine 5'-pyrophosphate glucosyl ester was synthesized.

  2. 2.

    Taking the case of the preparation of 3-methyluridine 5'-phosphate as example, we developed a new method for the synthesis of pyrimidine nucleotides: Phosphorylation with dimorpholinophosphinic chloride.

  3. 3

    A description was given of the application of thin-layer chromatography on alumina for the separation of protected nucleosides.
