Abstract
The temperature dependence of the electric conductivity ρ and the Hall and Nernst-Ettinghausen effects of amorphous and microcrystalline Fe-Ni films obtained by ion-plasma sputtering, with a content of technological impurities of about 3 at. %, was studied for the first time. The relationship Ra(T) ≈ aρ2(T), was found between the anomalous Hall constant Ra and ρ. Ra was found to be more sensitive to peculiarities of the complex transformation “amorphous, microheterogeneous-crystalline state.”
