Conclusions
-
1.
A method is proposed for the synthesis of highly unsaturated monomeric and polymeric compounds with alternating double and triple bonds.
-
2.
Some mono- and di-1-buten-3-ynyl derivatives of benzene were synthesized as monomers.
-
3.
In the IR spectra of the compounds with two double and two triple bonds in conjugation the intensity of the triple bond band is very greatly increased.
