The proximity effect between superfluid3He and a3He-4He mixture

Abstract

The quasiclassical theory is used to study the proximity effect between superfluid3He and a mixture of3He-4He. The order parameter and the surface tension are calculated, and their dependence on temperature and on the hypothetical transition temperature of the3He-4He mixture is discussed.
