Influence of the medium on the electrochemical behavior of polyaniline in aprotic electrolytes

Abstract

The electrochemical behavior of polyaniline films in aprotic bipolar organic electrolytes has been studied. The redox properties of polyaniline are affected by the nature of the solvent (γ-butyrolactone, acetonitrile, propylene carbonate), the cation of the background electrolyte, and crown ether.
