Elektronenmikroskopische Beobachtungen an menschlichen Medulloblastomen

Summary

The fine structure of human medulloblastomas was studied by electron microscopy.

Two morphologically different forms of tumor cells were obtained. The two cell types can be distinguished on the basis of the shape of the nuclei and the different appearence of intracytoplasmic structures. Pathologic alterations, in particular those of nuclei and the endothelium of vessels are discussed. No collagenous structures could be found.
