Abstract

Amorphous films CuI–SbI3–As2Se3 and CuI–PbI2–SbI3–As2Se3 precipitated from solutions of halide chalcogenide glasses in n-butylamine were studied with Mössbauer spectroscopy using isotopes 121Sb and 129I. From Mössbauer 121Sb spectra, it was found that the isomeric shift becomes more negative with an increase in the content of copper iodide in CuI–SbI3–As2Se3 films. The values of the isomer shift indicate the trivalent state of Sb(III) in the films with the formation of SbSe3/2 structural units. Isotope spectroscopy 129I showed that, in CuI–PbI2–SbI3–As2Se3 films, the iodine atoms in the first coordination sphere are surrounded by copper or arsenic atoms.
