Acknowledgments

The authors wish to thank Professor Alfonso Farina for reading the manuscript and his helping suggestions and Dr.Yonghui Shu, CEO of Sage Millimeter Inc., for the willingness demonstrated during several technical discussions about the design, tuning and manufacturing of the antenna and the customized hi-end millimeter-wave devices. And also they wish to thank Texas Instruments for providing numerous samples of their high-performance op-amps in a very short time, allowing a rapid circuit prototyping and Keysight Technologies for providing the MMW hi-end measurement equipment and the support during the characterization.
