Comparative Characterization of Mass Spectral Methods for the Study of IMIDAZO[1,5-a]QUINOXALIN-4-Ones

  • Published:
Chemistry of Heterocyclic Compounds Aims and scope

The major fragmentation patterns of a range of novel imidazo[1,5-a]quinoxalin-4-one derivatives under the conditions of EI ionization were found to involve the elimination of СО, ArCN, and PhCN as neutral molecules, while the fragment ions under the conditions of MALDI and ESI formed only by the elimination of ArCN.
