Zusammenfassung
Bedingt durch den Fachkräftemangel, die Arbeitsverdichtung als auch die resultierenden hohen körperlichen Belastungen und Beanspruchungen von Pflegekräften ist die Umsetzung von gesundheitsfördernden Maßnahmen zum Ausbau physischer Ressourcen für diese Zielgruppe von hoher Relevanz. Diese Maßnahmen umfassen Inhalte der Veränderung des individuellen Gesundheitsverhaltens (Verhaltensprävention) sowie strukturelle Veränderungen im Arbeitsalltag oder der Einrichtung (Verhältnisprävention). Im Folgenden liegt der Fokus zunächst auf der Bedeutung von Präventionsmaßnahmen und Prinzipien einer zielgerichteten Gestaltung. Ein besonderer Fokus wird abschließend auf die Effektivität von bereits durchgeführten Maßnahmen in der Altenpflege gelegt, welche bislang zu wenig in der Praxis Anwendung fanden.
