Zusammenfassung

Das Daumengrundgelenk ist ein Eigelenk. Neben der Streckung und Beugung sind eine geringe Ab- und Adduktion sowie eine Rotation als Teil der Zirkumduktion möglich. Das Bewegungsausmaß der Streckung und Beugung kann aufgrund variabler Krümmungsradien des ersten Mittelhandknochenkopfes nach der Neutralnullmethode zwischen 0-0-20° und 30-0-80° betragen.
