Kompetenzentwicklung in Netzwerken: Die Sicht der Komplexitätsund allgemeinen Evolutionstheorie

Zusammenfassung

Vor dem Hintergrund der gesellschaftlichen Entwicklung zur reflexiven Moderne kann Kompetenzentwicklung als evolutionärer Prozess im Rahmen von selbstorganisierten Lernnetzwerken verstanden werden (vgl. Erpenbeck 2002; Ortmann 2009). Solche Lernnetzwerke erfordern theoretisch eine handlungs- und eine systemtheoretische Betrachtungsweise und können formal als komplexe adaptive Systeme [KAS] (Netzwerke) betrachtet werden, die selbst wieder aus komplexen adaptiven Systemen [KAS] (individuellen oder kollektiven Akteuren) bestehen. Derartige KAS aus KAS sind die strukturelle Matrix eines rekursiven Prozesses der Kompetenzentwicklung im Sinne selbstorganisierten Lernens. Einerseits sind nämlich Kompetenzen als Dispositionen zum Selbstlernen Voraussetzung für eine sinnvolle und erfolgreiche Teilnahme an Kompetenzentwicklungsnetzwerken. Andererseits sind Kompetenzen gerade Resultat der Kompetenzentwicklung in selbstorganisierten Lernnetzwerken.
