Zusammenfassung

Bei der Hypertonie in der Schwangerschaft ist zwischen der eigentlichen schwangerschaftsassoziierten Hypertonie und einer vorbestehenden essentiellen oder sekundären arteriellen Hypertonie, z. B. bei vorbestehenden Nierenerkrankungen oder Kollagenosen, zu differenzieren.
