Zusammenfassung

Die endoprothetische Versorgung des Hüftgelenkes ist ein häufiger und sehr erfolgreicher Eingriff. Für die Versorgung der arthrotischen Veränderungen des Hüftgelenkes stehen eine Vielzahl an Endoprothesentypen nebst verschiedenen Gleitpaarungen zur Verfügung. Im Normalfall kann individuell entschieden werden, ob ein Geradschaft, ein kurzer Schaft oder gar ein Kurzschaft gewählt wird.
