Zusammenfassung
Bei operativen Eingriffen gilt im Kindesalter die Sorge vorwiegend der Entwicklung von Blutungskomplikationen und nur in einem geringeren Maß der Entwicklung von thromboembolischen Komplikationen. Gerinnungsstörungen können sowohl angeboren als auch durch akute oder chronische Grunderkrankungen erworben sein. Das Blutungsrisiko wird zudem durch die Art und den Schweregrad sowie durch die Lokalisation der Operation beeinflusst. Bei allen angeborenen und bekannten erworbenen, aber auch akut aufgetretenen Störungen empfiehlt es sich, einen hämostaseologisch erfahrenen Kinderarzt hinzuzuziehen. Bei Kindern mit bekannten Störungen der Hämostase muss vor der Operation ein Plan mit Vorsichtsmaßnahmen, Kontrollen aber auch Notfallmaßnahmen erstellt werden (Bidlingmaier et al. 2017, Perioperative management of hemostasis in children and adolescents.
