Zusammenfassung
Aus onkologischer Sicht ist eine Entfernung eines Karzinoms ohne systematische regionäre Lymphadenektomie als Therapie in kurativer Intention immer dann gerechtfertigt, wenn das Risiko bereits bestehender regionärer Lymphknotenmetastasen geringer ist als das Risiko der Operationsletalität bei radikaler Resektion [13–15, 17, 19].
