Zusammenfassung
Zur Überbrückung langstreckiger Röhrenknochendefekte und zur Wiederherstellung der Gelenkfunktion nach Trauma wurde durch die allogene Transplantation vaskularisierter Knochen und Gelenke eine neue Behandlungsalternative geschaffen [1, 2]. Die Konservierung solcher Transplantate ist ein klinisches Problem, das bislang nicht untersucht wurde. Ziel war es deshalb, im tierexperimentellen Modell die Frage nach einer geeigneten Perfusionslösung für solche Knochentransplantate zu prüfen. In einem ersten Schritt sollten zunächst die Konservierungslösungen, die in der Transplantationschirurgie bevorzugt zum Einsatz kommen, untersucht werden.
