Mit der primären Stabilisierung ist mitunter noch kein andauernder Therapieerfolg gewährleistet. Spätfolgen wie Fehlstellung, Anschlussinstabilität, Anschlussdegeneration können das zukünftige Beschwerdebild entscheidend beeinflussen und müssen bedacht werden.
