Zusammenfassung
Effektive Zusammenarbeit innerhalb einer Organisation, aber auch zwischen Organisationen ist nur möglich, wenn sich die handelnden Personen (Akteure) aufeinander verlassen können. Dies gilt für Unternehmen mit wirtschaftlicher Zielsetzung ebenso wie für Nonprofit-Organisationen. Angesichts einer Globalisierung der Märkte und eines verschärften Wettbewerbs, der durch die weltweit zu beobachtende Tendenz der Privatisierung von Dienstleistungen eine zunehmende Dynamik erhält, fand in den letzten Jahren die Untersuchung von Bedingungen und Auswirkungen des Vertrauens im Rahmen organisationspsychologischer Forschungen ein wachsendes Interesse.
