Abstract
The magnetization reversal kinetics in a single-domain particle with uniaxial magnetic anisotropy was simulated using the Monte Carlo method. The algorithm developed here yields good agreement with the analytical estimates for superparamagnetic relaxation and qualitatively describes some features of magnetic behavior of fine-particle systems.
