Effect of Sodium Fluoride on Regeneration in the Rabbit Ear

Abstract

THE unique example of adult mammalian tissue regeneration seen in the rabbit's ear after removal of 1 cm2 of its whole thickness1 has been used to investigate the effects of procedures such as the administration of steroids on this regeneration2–5.
