Inhibition of Bone Calcification by Sulphonamides

Abstract

THE recent demonstration by Golding and Silver1 that certain sulphonamides act as inhibitors of phosphatase in vitro has led us to present a preliminary report of our investigations on the effect of sulphonamides on bone formation in vivo.
