Abstract
This pilot project provides a bedside teaching experience on geriatric patient safety for 4th year medical students via an interdisciplinary team approach at a rural long-term care facility. It is aligned with Milestones and Entrustable Professional Activities. The instructional approach can be adopted to develop a competence-based curriculum in undergraduate medical education.
