Fig. 3 incorrectly shows a picture of a 36-mm diameter head and chipped liner from a patient in a different study. A picture of the correct 28-mm diameter head and chipped liner is provided.
The retrieved liner and head show the fractured rim of the liner and ceramic fragments retrieved from the wound.
