Erratum to: Plasmonics

The original version of this article unfortunately contained mistakes. These mistakes are corrected below:

  • In equation (1) a minus sign is missing to be consistent with the convention, thus Eq. 1 should read:

    $$ - \tan {\alpha}_{\min }= \tan \varphi \cos \theta $$
  • In equations (2) and (3), second line should describe the projection along the y axis, thus Eq. 2 and Eq. 3 should read:

    $$ \left\{\begin{array}{l}\overrightarrow{\beta}\cdot \widehat{x}= Gcos\varphi -{k}_T\hfill \\ {}\overrightarrow{\beta}\cdot \widehat{y}=G \sin \varphi \hfill \end{array}\right. $$

  • In Table 1, penultimate line (i.e. the fifth condition): φ+ should be a φ-.

  • Numerical Methods section, 5th paragraph, should read:

    \( \gamma =\varphi -{ \tan}^{-1}\frac{G \sin \varphi }{G \cos \varphi +{k}_T} \), while in all the other cases, the relation \( \gamma =-\varphi +{ \tan}^{-1}\frac{G \sin \varphi }{G \cos \varphi -{k}_T} \) is satisfied, being kT previously defined as the transferred momentum.
