Zusammenfassung
Die cyclischen Imide Thalidomid, CG 601 und CG 603 verlängern in geeigneten Konzentrationen unter den beschriebenen Versuchsbedingungen die Überlebenszeit von Hauttransplantaten bei der Ratte. Die immunosuppressive Wirksamkeit steigt in der angegebenen Reihenfolge an.
Summary
In the rat, the cyclic imides thalidomide, CG 601 and CG 603 prolong, in suitable concentrations under the described experimental conditions, the survival of skin grafts. The immuno-suppressive activity increases in the sequence mentioned.
