Zusammenfassung

Es werden 2 Fälle vonOwrenscher Krankheit (angeborenem Faktor V- [Proaccelerin-] Mangel) beschrieben. Beides sind Kinder männlichen Geschlechts, in deren Familien ein schweres Blutungsübel bei männlichen Mitgliedern vorhanden war. Bluttransfusionen hatten therapeutisch einen beschränkten Einfluß, im Fall 1 wirkte ACC 76 überraschend günstig.
