Zusammenfassung
Es wurde vergleichend die Histotopochemie der Tetrazolsalze MTT, Nitro-BT und TNBT an Retina, Leber und Nebenniere von Katze und Kaninchen untersucht. Es zeigt sich, daß mittels TNBT die gesamten negativen Eigenschaften von Nitro-BT und MTT zu überwinden sind. Reduziertes TNBT ist nicht lipoidlöslich, besitzt eine gewisse Proteinbildung und zeigt eine extreme Feinkörnigkeit. Das TNBT-Formazan hat im Gewebe, in Abhängigkeit von der Zeit, eine hohe Beständigkeit. In fettreichen Organstrukturen zeigt es keine Änderung seiner Gewebsbindung. Am elektronenmikroskopischen Schnitt läßt sich bestätigen, daß bei Entwässerung des Gewebeschnittes keine wesentliche Änderung der Gewebsbindung von reduziertem TNBT auftritt und das Formazan gut auf die Mitochondrien lokalisiert ist.
Résumé
On a procédé à des examens histotopochimiques comparatifs des sels de tétrazol MTT, Nitro-BT et TNBT au niveau de la rétine, du foie et de la surrénale du chat et du lapin. Au moyen du TNBT, il est possible de compenser toutes les propriétés négatives du Nitro-BT et du MTT. Le TNBT réduit n'est pas soluble dans les lipoides, présente une certaine fixation aux protéines et révèle un grain extrêmement fin. Dans le tissu le TNBT-Formazan possède une grande stabilité au cours du temps. Dans les structures d'organes riches en graisse il ne présente pas de modifications de sa fixation tissulaire. L'examen en microscopie électronique confirme que lors de la déshydratation des coupes de tissu, aucune modification importante de la fixation tissulaire du TNBT réduit ne se produit, et que le Formazan est bien localisé sur les mitochondries.
