Abstract
Using data in the literature and our results, we have carried out a detailed analysis of the heat capacity of Cu2Se and the thermodynamic characteristics of the α-Cu2Se ↔ β-Cu2Se phase transition. The most reliable results have been recommended, which have been used to calculate the thermodynamic functions of Cu2Se in the temperature range 298–1400 K.
