The arrangement of nonstationary experiments with multiplying systems whose results can be used to verify neutron constants libraries is described. For two multiplying systems with different ratio of plutonium and highly enriched uranium, the experimental results are compared with the computational results obtained using the BAS and ENDF-BVI neutron constants.
