Histochemischer Lipidnachweis im peripheren Vestihularorgan und im Saccus endolymphaticus

Summary

Occurence and distribution of lipids were studied by histochemical methods in the peripheral vestibular organ and in the endolymphatic sac of 18 guinea pigs. The general histotopochemistry of lipids could be elucidated by sudan dyes and by benzpyrene fluorescence. With special techniques acidic lipids, phospholipids, unsaturated lipids and cholesterides were demonstrated. Distinction between lipids and non -lipidic substances was done by pyridine extraction and in the case of unsaturated fats by bromination controls.

Zusammenfassung

Vorkommen und Verteilung von Lipiden wurden histochemisch im peripheren Vestibularorgan und im Saccus endolymphaticus von 18 Meerschweinchen untersucht. Die allgemeine Histotopochemie der Lipide konnte mit Sudanfarbstoffen und Benzpyren-Fluorescenz aufgeklärt werden. Spezielle Vorfabren kamen zum Nachweis von sauren Lipiden, Phospholipiden, ungesättigten Lipiden und Cholesteriden zur Anwendung. Die Lipidnatur der dargestellten Substanzen wurde mit Pyridin-Extraktion und im Falle der ungesättigten Fette mit Bromierungskontrollen überpriift.
