Speckle interferometer for measuring radial shifts

  • Published:
Measurement Techniques Aims and scope

A speckle interferometer scheme that enables recording of a field of radial shifts is proposed and its experimental verification is performed. Features of the interpretation of interferometer patterns of radial shifts in problems that arise in the study of the deformed state of the surface layers of coatings of materials and the elements of structures are illustrated.
