Video Transcript
This image shows the closure of the dura mater with continuous suture and an additional collagen membrane. Here, we proceed to the repositioning of the bone flap and its two parts, which are fixed with plate and screw system. The aesthetic and cosmetic aspects is well respected regarding the shape of the forehead and the cheek.
Next step is the repositioning of the temporal muscle and suture of the temporal fascia. And lastly, after repositioning of the skin flap, we proceeded to the closure of subcutaneous tissues and skin.
