Video Transcript
After this work of dissection, we continue with the debulking. And of course, we are debulking now the part that has been dissected previously. This work of debulking is very easy.
You see that there is basically no bleeding. This is very clearly in favor of a teratoma lesion– although, of course, we have to wait for the final histology. But after a few cases in pineal region tumors, we were quite sure about the histology of this tumor.
